Yoni is a seasoned attorney with a deep expertise in providing strategic counsel on complex intellectual property issues, corporate practices, emerging media business models, negotiation strategies, and risk mitigation. A graduate of the University of Florida and The George Washington University Law School, Yoni began his career at a mid-sized New York City law firm, honing his skills in transactional law before transitioning to the tech sector. There, he served as in-house counsel for a leading ad-tech company and later for a Fortune 500 organization.

With a wealth of experience across industries including financial services, technology, healthcare, and cryptocurrency, Yoni provides clients with strategic, forward-thinking legal counsel. Known for his client-focused approach, he excels in helping businesses navigate complex legal issues with clarity and confidence, establishing himself as a trusted partner in achieving successful outcomes. Yoni can handle every facet of a commercial transaction including structuring, negotiating, and executing complex business deals. Yoni has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, and all types of commercial contracts. Further, Yoni regularly counsels clients on issues related to entity formation, corporate compliance, and strategic business planning.

In addition to his transactional practice, Yoni serves as outside general counsel to a variety of corporate clients, managing a broad spectrum of legal matters. His work spans across areas such as criminal law, civil litigation, and personal injury, providing comprehensive support to businesses facing complex legal challenges.

Beyond his private practice, Yoni is proud to serve as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) with the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve.
