Nicholas D. Sconzo is a dedicated criminal defense attorney and former prosecutor who brings a wealth of litigation experience and an unwavering commitment to justice. Nicholas began his legal career at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office, where he served as a prosecutor handling some of the county’s most high-profile and complex criminal cases. He rose to become the head prosecutor of the Narcotics Unit, trying cases involving Attempted Murders, Drug Trafficking, Armed Robberies, Aggravated Batteries, DUIs, and other felony and misdemeanor offenses. His tenure gave him a deep understanding of the criminal justice system from both sides of the courtroom.

With extensive trial experience and a reputation for meticulous preparation, Nicholas crafts strategic defenses tailored to each client’s case. He is known for his aggressive advocacy, clear communication, and personal accessibility throughout the legal process.
